To qualify, a few conditions must be met:

• Identical Booking: The cheaper offer must be for the exact same flight, room type, car rental, etc. Nothing can be different.
• Final Price: The price you find must be in the original booking currency and include all taxes and fees.
• Publicly Verifiable: We can only match prices on publicly advertised offers that we can verify online. It does not apply to special member deals or exclusive club discounts.

How to Submit a Price Match Request

Ready to claim your lower price? Just follow these steps:

• Submit within 24 Hours: You must send your request within 24 hours of your original booking with AltAirlines.com.
• Provide Details: Include your booking confirmation number and all the details of the cheaper offer, including the competitor's website URL.
• Wait for Verification: We'll verify the competing price and get back to you within 48 hours.
• Confirmation & Refund: Once confirmed, we will either update your booking to the new, lower rate or process a refund for the difference.

Exclusions to the Promise

Our Price Match Promise cannot be applied to the following types of offers:

• Prices from auction sites or deals where the specific provider (airline, hotel, etc.) is not disclosed until after you pay (often called ‘opaque’ bookings).
• Bundled packages where the individual price breakdown for the flight, hotel, or car rental is not visible.
